The core of the company lies in the knowledge and skills of its founder, Tatiana Kolombet. She is a professional recruiter and a top manager with more than ten years of experience in recruiting in Kiev and Moscow and she is always personally involved in all company’s projects.

She graduated with honors from the State University of Management in 2003 – one of the best universities in Moscow, majoring in “Human resource management”. In her senior year of the university, she started working for a group of companies Penny Lane – currently the biggest recruiting agency of Moscow (Penny Lane Personnel). Tatiana began her career as an Assistant Consultant and within half a year she was promoted to the position of a Project Manager, responsible for development of new sector – “Constructions and real estate”. By mastering the specialization and growing the network of contacts, she began implementing internal recruiting projects for all departments of the holding, on top of managing external clients.

At the end of 2004, Tatiana moved in Kiev and continued her career in recruiting as a Head of B2B department in a well-known Ukrainian agency “Brain Source International Ukraine”. Over the course of her work at BSI, she quickly advanced through the career ladder. Thanks to excellent result of her team excellent result and her personal contributions, she got a post of Recruiting Director, which meant management of the three company’s departments. Moreover, within just one year, Tatiana was responsible for the overall results of the company in Ukraine and was managing five BSI offices.

Since 2009, Tatiana was freelancing in various recruiting and consulting projects. Over time, this resulted in creation of a small but extremely efficient team – Kota Group.
Currently, the company provides recruitment and personnel assessment services for the Ukrainian, Russian and Western European companies. In addition, taking part in numerous management and business trainings, Tatiana is a certified assessor of CEB’s SHL Talent Measurement Solutions company. Since 2013, she has been participating in various assessment projects.
